Retainer
A fixed monthly fee secures a reserved block of development time each month, with priority response and continuity between engagements. Great for businesses that need ongoing support without re-negotiating scope every time.
Best for: ongoing maintenance, incremental features, dependable support
Fixed-Price
Once requirements and deliverables are clearly defined, we agree on a total cost and timeline up front. You know exactly what you're getting and what it will cost before work begins.
Best for: well-scoped projects with clear, stable requirements
Royalty & Commission
For larger, long-term SaaS builds and product partnerships, Jebamo can take a reduced upfront rate in exchange for an ongoing royalty or commission tied to the product's revenue. This aligns incentives — I'm invested in the product's long-term success, not just delivering a one-off build.
Best for: ambitious SaaS products, long-term partnerships, revenue-sharing arrangements
